College Credit for Summer Photography Workshops

The College of Santa Fe is pleased to offer participants an opportunity to earn one upper-division college credit for participation in the 2010 photography workshops. Students who want to earn credit college credit are required to:

• Register for and attend, in full, one of the four workshops.
• Indicate on your registration that you would like the one-credit option.
• Indicate if you are currently a College of Santa Fe student. If not, you must complete and submit the student application with a $35 application fee.
• Pay the additional $99 fee for the credit option.

The following must be submitted to the summer programs director within 30 days of completing the workshop (due by July 27 for June 24-27 workshops and August 25 for July 22-25 workshops.) All work will be reviewed and graded by David Scheinbaum, chair, photography department, College of Santa Fe. Submit a:

• Detailed daily journal of the workshop experience.
• Research paper on a topic discussed during the workshop. The topic for your paper must be approved by your instructor prior to completion of the weekend workshop.
• Portfolio of images made or inspired by the photographic workshop you were enrolled in. Prints must be submitted in a professional manner appropriate to your workshop topic or theme.
