NOTE: Many courses charge a lab fee ranging from $5 to $400 per course. Please see the schedule of classes.
Payments
There are several ways to pay your tuition and fees:
- Pay in full by cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa by calling (505) 473-6454.
- Submit documentation for employer tuition reimbursement at the time of registration.
- Use our pay portal to make convenient and secure online payments to the College of Santa Fe. You can pay via Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover or through direct debit from your checking or savings account. CSF Pay Portal
Refunds

Summer 2010 8-Week Classes
- 100% refund prior to Saturday, June 12, 2010
- 50% refund prior to Saturday, June 19, 2010
- 0% refund after Friday, June 18, 2010
Withdrawal Process
Students may add, drop, and withdraw from courses following the dates outlined above. Students may add and drop through their WebAdvisor account or complete the add/drop form and take it to the registrar’s office for processing. The official add/drop or withdraw date will be the date the form is received in the registrar's office (if the transaction is complete in WebAdvisor).
Students leaving the college during a semester and not completing the withdrawal process will receive a failing grade in their courses.
Students withdrawing with an outstanding balance are liable for that balance, regardless of whether classes were attended.
